Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that things happen, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

Although we address each of these situations on an individual basis, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% charge for the service.

Habitual cancellations will require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service to rebook.

*No call/No show appointments will be charged 100% of their service and will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 100% charge of the service.

Terms & Conditions

            1          Prices are a guide only. Exact prices cannot be given via phone, email, or social media; and are only confirmed in salon upon consultation with your selected hairstylist.

            2          Online bookings are subject to change. Please ensure all details are accurate when booking online so we are able to contact you if required.

            3          Cancellation Policy: All bookings require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 3 business days of your scheduled appointment.

            4     We do not issue refunds. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your hair service, Salon 2917 offers adjustments for a 72 hour period following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original hairstylist.
