Q. How do I know which service to book?

 

A. If you’re unsure which service best fits your needs, we recommend reaching out prior to booking. Our team is happy to guide you so enough time is reserved for your appointment.

Q. Why are your prices listed as “starting at”?

A. All services are customized. Pricing may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, technique, and stylist experience. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation.

Q. Do you require a credit card to book?

​

A. Yes. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This allows us to protect our stylists’ time and maintain availability for our guests.

Q. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

 

A. We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and reschedules.

    •    Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service

    •    No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service

    •    Clients who cancel, reschedule late, or no-show will be required to prepay a 100% deposit to book future appointments

 

Repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or require full prepayment for future appointments.

A. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. If we are unable to complete your service, the cancellation policy may apply.

A. No. Salon 2917 is a commission-based salon. All booking is managed through the salon to ensure fairness, consistency, and availability for all guests.

A. Clients may opt in to our cancellation list. Availability is not guaranteed, and last-minute changes are not always possible.
