

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Salon 2917, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, cancellations and reschedules affect our stylists in the same way.
• A credit card is required on file to reserve all appointments
• We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and reschedules
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
• Clients who cancel, reschedule late, or no-show will be required to prepay a 100% deposit to book future appointments
• Appointments without a card on file within 48 hours of booking may be canceled
These policies allow us to protect our stylists’ time and provide fair access to all guests.

All prices listed are starting rates. Final pricing is determined during your consultation and may vary based on:
• Hair length and density
• Product usage
• Technique complexity
• Stylist level and experience

• Salon 2917 is a commission-based salon — stylists do not control their own booking availability
• Requests for same-day changes or early appointment adjustments cannot always be accommodated
• We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate salon policies
